摘要
以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,实现了乙酸和丙醇的酯化反应,并对影响酯化率的各种因素进行了研究。结果表明:最佳反应条件为乙酸用量0.1 mol时,醇酸物质的量比为1.4,催化剂用量为0.10 g,15 mL环己烷作带水剂,在温度为78~85℃,反应时间1.5 h,酯化率达98%以上。
NaHSO4 was used as catalyst for estrification of Aetic acid with propanol and discussed the variant conditions in reaction of estrification.The result shows that the best reaction condition was: Based on 0.1mol acetic acid,molar ratio of propanol to acetic acid was 1.4,mass of catalyst was 0.10 g,the taking water reagent was 15 mL,reaction temperature was between 78~85 ℃,reaction time was 1.5 h.The yield of propyl acetate reached 98 %.
