摘要
笔者研究了硫磺给予体硫化体系与过氧化物硫化体系在汽车散热器冷却液胶管材料中的应用,从经济环保的角度进行了新的配方设计,并进行了性能测试。通过对实验结果分析,确定硫磺给予体硫化体系配方的最佳比例。通过对比实验,结果表明:同等条件下,EPDM的硫磺给予体硫化体系对比过氧化物硫化体系有较大的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、撕裂强度。而且耐热性能方面优化硫磺给予体硫化体系也与过氧化物硫化体系比较接近。新配方实用性强。
The Author studied the application of sulfur donor vulcanization system and peroxide vulcanization system in automobile radiator coolant hose material,made the new formulation design from the economic and environmental protection angle,and tested the properties.The author through the analysis of experimental results,found out the best proportion of sulfur donor vulcanization system formula.By comparing the experimental results,in the same conditions,the sulfur donor vulcanization system of EPDM had greater tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength.Moreover,the heat-resistant attributer of optimized sulfur donor vulcanization system was relatively close to the one of peroxide vulcanization system.The new formula was very practical.
