摘要
采用分散剂协同超声法对广西宁明膨润土矿进行提纯,通过正交实验法考察了浆液的固液比、沉降时间、分散剂用量、超声处理时间等因素对提纯效果的影响。得到其最佳工艺条件为:浆液的固液比为1∶15,聚丙烯酸钠用量是膨润土用量的0.50%,超声震荡时间为30 min,静置沉降时间为30 min。在优化条件下,可将膨润土原土中蒙脱石含量从60%左右提高到91%以上。
The orthogonal experiment is adopted to explore the effects on purification of bentonite by solid-liquid ratio of bentonite slurry,sedimentation time,usage of dispersing agent and ultrasonic handling time etc.And the best technological conditions are that the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶15,the dosage of sodium polyacrylate to the weight of bentonite was 0.50 %,as well as both of the ultrasonication time and sedimentation time were 30 min.The montmorillonite content of bentonite can be increased to around 91 % from 60 % under the best condition.
