摘要
以湖北某地石煤为原料,加入自制复合添加剂,经焙烧、浸出提取钒。结果表明,选用钒矿样混入8%复合添加剂于800℃焙烧2 h,常温下水浸,钒转化率可达70%。该方法得到较高转化率的同时也大大减少了对环境的污染,应用前景广阔。
The stone coal from Hubei was used raw material,and vanadium was extracted via roasting with homemade multiplex additive,then leaching by water.The experiment results showed that vanadium can be leached after roasted 2 h at 800 ℃ while mixing 8 % multiplex additive,and the conversion rate is up to 70 %.This method can achieve high recovery for vanadium and lit the pollution of environment,therefore it would have an extensive future.
