摘要
纳米TiO2禁带宽度较宽,只能在紫外光条件下激发。拓宽纳米TiO2的光谱响应范围,实现可见光激发,是二氧化钛基光催化材料所面临的主要问题。文章概述了纳米TiO2光催化剂的光催化机理,阐述了提高纳米TiO2光催化剂催化活性的主要方法,并且展望了其今后的研究和发展方向。
Due to broader band gap,nano-TiO2 was only excited by UV-light.It was main problem to extend the photoactivity of titania-based systems into the visible light region.The mechanism of photocatalytic activity of nano-TiO2 was analyzed in the paper,normal doping methods of nano-TiO2 were discussed,and its application was also previewed.
