摘要 酪醇是重要的药物和有机合成中间体,可以用于合成治疗心血管病药物,如美多洛尔、倍他洛尔、红景天苷等。文章对其各种合成方法以及合成中的绿色化进展作一个简单介绍和评价。 Tyrosol is an important pharmaceutical and intermediate for organic synthesis.Synthesis of metoprolol,betaxolol and salidroside with tyrosol for the treatment of cardiovascular disease.Different methods of the synthesis of tyrosol with green methodology were introduced and valued with many references in the paper.
