离子液体中CuI/L-Proline催化C-S偶联反应的研究

摘要 以氯代苯甲醛,氯代硝基苯与硫酚为原料,在室温离子液体中,用L-脯氨酸与CuI为催化体系,成功的进行了偶联反应。合成一类新型的含醛基,硝基等基团的二苯硫醚类化合物。 Reported a mild,palladium-free synthetic protol for the cross-coupling reaction of aryl chlorides and thiols using L-proline and CuI,with K2CO3 as the base,in ionic liquid BF4 at 110 ℃.The protol was particularly noteworthy given its experimental simplicity,high generality,and exceptional level of functional group tolerations and the low cost of the catalyst system.
