摘要
生产过程智能化控制知识管理系统,以DCS、PLC生产最底层的数据为基础,采集、分析、提取、优化生产过程数据,在企业工艺规程的技术要求下,运用数据挖掘技术,通过提取生产过程的新知识,在现有资源不变的情况下优化生产过程,降低生产成本,提高总体生产的经济效益。
Based on the most basic data DCS,PLC,intellectual knowledge management systems in the production collects,analyzes,Abstracts and optimizes the process data.In the requirement of enterprise techniques,by Abstracting the new knowledge produced in the course of production,production process was optimized,the cost was lowered and the total economic benefit was improved.
