大连市汉族学生皮下脂肪发育研究

A Study on Development in Subcutaneous Fat Among Dalian Students of Han nationality

目的：探讨大连市学生皮下脂肪发育规律。方法：采用邵象清的人体测量学方法，对大连市汉族1190名中小学生上臂肱三头肌部和肩胛下角部的皮褶厚度及体脂发育情况进行调查。结果：随着年龄的增长，男生肢体部皮褶变薄，而躯干部皮褶变厚，女生则肢体部和躯干部皮褶均变厚。男生体脂在青春期前呈逐年增加趋势，而在青春期后则逐年下降；女生体脂随年龄的增长而增加，且在青春期后增加迅速。各年龄组女生皮褶厚度均大于男生，且在13岁以后更为明显。结论：大连市汉族学生皮下脂肪发育年龄和性别差异与儿童少年身心发育阶段相关。

Objective: To study the developmental patterns of subcutaneous fat among Dalian students of Han nationality.Methods:Using Shao Xianging anthropometric method,the developmental levels of triceps and subscapular skinfold thinknesses and body fat were studied among 1190 Han nationality primary and secondary students in Dalian city. Results:During adolescence, boys had the thinner skinfolds of limbs and the thicker one of trunk while girls had the thicker ones of limbs and trunk with age. The body fat of boys gradually increased during preadolescence,while gradually decreased during adolescence. There was an increase in the body fat of girls with age, an accelerative increase was found during the late adolescence. In each age group, girls had the thicker skinfold thickness than boys did; the difference was much more obvious during the late adolescence. Conclusion: The development in subcutaneous fat of Dalian students of Han nationality accords with the developmental charcteristics of children and adolescents.
