高校思想政治教育的工作者须具备较高的自身素质袁即自身的思想政治素质尧文化素质以及较强的心理素质袁只有具备这些良好的素质袁才能进一步提高思想政治教育工作的实际效果袁从而真正意义上实现教育与管理的科学化遥

The workers and cadres of ideological and political education at the higher colleges and universities must have higher self-quality, that is, the qualities of ideology and politics, of culture and of better psychology. If they have such qualities, they can raise up the actual effect of the ideological and political education, which can really realize the scientific education and management. Thus, this article discusses the qualities of the workers and cadres of ideological and political education at the higher colleges and universities.
