摘要
心理和谐是心理健康教育的指导思想。在心理和谐思想的指导下,开展心理健康教育工作必须考虑人与自我、人与他人、人与社会、人与自然、硬件与软件、中国与外国这六大关系;要求心理健康教育要坚持正面教育、健全心理健康教育网络、处理好教育模式与医疗模式、关注职业倦怠等;要求心理健康教育从人文关怀的角度重视学生的心理行为问题、重视抑郁症和抑郁倾向等严重的心理障碍症、着力保障和改善民生促进社会和谐进步、关怀儿童青少年中的弱势群体、关注灾后受灾群体的心理疏导等中国社会面临的现实问题;心理健康教育也要求在重构和谐的经济社会的人文指标体系中,特别要重视人类发展指数、幸福指数、信任(信仰)指数、儿童青少年发展指数、教育发展指数等,旨在推进我国人民的心理和谐,促进社会和谐。
Mental harmony is the guiding ideology of mental health education.Six relations,including the relations between man and self,man and others,man and society,man and nature,hardware and software,Chinese and foreign,must be taken into account to develop mental health education under the direction of mental harmony.Mental harmony requires mental health education adhere to the positive education,improve mental health education network,deal with educational model and medical model,and paying attention to job burnout.It also requires that we should attach importance to practical problems facing the society from the perspective of humanistic care.Particularly,devote much attention to students' psychological and behavioral problems and serious mental disorder(depression and depressive tendency),ensure and improve the livelihood of people,promote social harmony and progress,take care of children and adolescents of disadvantaged groups,give psychological counseling for groups suffered from disasters and so on.Mental harmony demands that social harmony should pay attention to the human development index,the index of happiness,the trust(faith) index,the child and youth development index,the education development index,with the aim of promoting mental harmony of the people and social harmony.
