心理健康与心理素质的关系:内涵结构分析

An Analysis of the Relationship between Mental Health and Psychological Suzhi:from Perspective of Connotation and Structure

心理健康与心理素质是我国近年来心理健康研究及教育中使用频率很高的两个基本概念。两者不加区分的混用致使两者的关系模糊,严重制约了相关问题的科学认识、相关研究的积极推进和心理健康教育的有效开展。在对心理健康与心理素质的内涵结构进行深入分析的基础上,全面探讨了二者的实质关系,认为心理健康是心理状态,心理素质是稳定的心理品质或心理特性,两者在内涵结构上存在着本质区别,在功能关系上存在着密切但非必然的对应关系。弄清二者关系,不仅是科学研究的需要而且是科学制定心理健康标准及心理素质标准的需要。

Mental health and psychological suzhi are two frequently used concepts in mental health research and education in China in recent years.The ambiguous relationship between them is caused by the no distinct use,which seriously restricted the related issue＇s scientific understanding and the mental health research and education＇s positive development.The present study explores the essential relationship between mental health and psychological suzhi through the connotation and structure analysis.Results showed that mental health is a psychological state,while psychological suzhi is stable psychological quality or psychological characteristics.Both of them have an essentially distinction on connotation and structure,while there is a close but not necessarily corresponding relationship on function.Understanding the relationship between each other is not only the need of scientific research,but also the need of making mental health standard and psychological suzhi standard.
