柴胡粗提物对小鼠肝脏的影响

Responses of Mouse Liver after Taking Crude Extracts of Bupleurum

目的:观察柴胡粗提物对小鼠肝脏的影响。方法:多次灌胃给予小鼠柴胡粗提物,测定不同剂量下血液生化指标、氧化指标、细胞膜指标、线粒体指标以及病理指标的变化。结果:柴胡粗提物各给药组与空白对照组比较,肝脏病理组织学检查呈现轻微或轻度变性,损伤程度呈现出一定的剂量关系。同时可降低小鼠肝组织SOD、GST、T-SH活性,但未见血清ALT、AST和TBIL水平升高,也未见MDA含量、SDH、Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性的明显改变。结论:柴胡粗提物可致小鼠肝细胞轻微变性,可能与氧化-抗氧化系统平衡受到破坏有关。

Objective：To observe the change of mouse liver after taking crude extracts of Bupleurum.Methods：Mice were given crude extracts of Bupleurum continuously in different doses and detected for the index changes of blood,oxidation,cell membrane,mitochondria and pathology.Results：Mice in the crude extracts of Bupleurum treated group showed slight or mild degeneration of liver histology compared with the control group,the degree of damage has a certain dose relationship.Crude extracts of Bupleurum induced the decrease of the activities of SOD,GST and T-SH in hepatic tissues,but did not increase the serum ALT,AST and TBIL significantly,or changed the MDA content and the activities of SDH,Na＋-K＋-ATPase and Ca2＋-Mg2＋-ATPase in hepatic tissues significantly.Conclusion：Crude extracts of Bupleurum to mouse can cause slight or mild degeneration of hepatic cells,and the change may have some relevance to the oxidative damage.
