摘要
目的:观察柴胡粗提物对小鼠肝脏的影响。方法:多次灌胃给予小鼠柴胡粗提物,测定不同剂量下血液生化指标、氧化指标、细胞膜指标、线粒体指标以及病理指标的变化。结果:柴胡粗提物各给药组与空白对照组比较,肝脏病理组织学检查呈现轻微或轻度变性,损伤程度呈现出一定的剂量关系。同时可降低小鼠肝组织SOD、GST、T-SH活性,但未见血清ALT、AST和TBIL水平升高,也未见MDA含量、SDH、Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性的明显改变。结论:柴胡粗提物可致小鼠肝细胞轻微变性,可能与氧化-抗氧化系统平衡受到破坏有关。
Objective:To observe the change of mouse liver after taking crude extracts of Bupleurum.Methods:Mice were given crude extracts of Bupleurum continuously in different doses and detected for the index changes of blood,oxidation,cell membrane,mitochondria and pathology.Results:Mice in the crude extracts of Bupleurum treated group showed slight or mild degeneration of liver histology compared with the control group,the degree of damage has a certain dose relationship.Crude extracts of Bupleurum induced the decrease of the activities of SOD,GST and T-SH in hepatic tissues,but did not increase the serum ALT,AST and TBIL significantly,or changed the MDA content and the activities of SDH,Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in hepatic tissues significantly.Conclusion:Crude extracts of Bupleurum to mouse can cause slight or mild degeneration of hepatic cells,and the change may have some relevance to the oxidative damage.
