龙须草袋泡剂治疗早期糖尿病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Early Diabetes with Juncus setchuensis Buchen. Tea

目的:探讨龙须草袋泡剂治疗早期2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:经住院西药治疗后血糖控制出院的113例病人按随机原则分为两组:中药组61例,采用龙须草袋泡剂;对照组52例,采用单纯西药二甲双胍治疗。两组均治疗30天,并同时观察两组症状、体征及化验室相关指标。结果:总有效率龙须草组为91.8%,对照组为96.0%,两组比较无显著性差异。结论:龙须草袋泡剂治疗早期糖尿病疗效与二甲双胍相当。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Juncus setchuensis Buchen.Tea on the treatment of early type 2 diabetes.Methods：A total of 113 cases with stabilized blood glucose post treatment in hospital were randomly divided into two groups at discharge,61 cases of which were then treated by Juncus setchuensis Buchen.Tea,while the other 52 cases were treated by metformin.Blood glucose levels were observed in both groups at discharge and 30 days after the continuous treatments.Results：The effective rates of Juncus setchuensis Buchen.Tea and metformin were 91.8% and 96%,respectively.The difference was insignificant.Conclusion：Efficacy of Juncus setchuensis Buchen.Tea was equivalent to metformin on controlling blood glucose.
