摘要1病例概况患者女,82岁,2011年10月11日因左侧上眼睑及左侧嘴角抽搐开始服用卡马西平片（北京诺华制药有限公司,批号X0544）0.2 g qd治疗;2011年10月19日无明显诱因出现低热,病初未予重视;2011年10月20日患者出现高热,测体温超过39．0℃，伴轻度畏寒，同时面部、躯十皮肤红肿，卅现大量幻：色皮疹目．明显瘙痒，并伴口腔流涎;
