College students are the mainstay of the future development,so their quality in some degree can determine our country s development speed.Teachers play an important role, so teachers should change their ideology and improve their own ability,providing students with equal education.Teachers must be self-disciplined which is the highest stage of morality,to influence students.In the New era,college teachers should stick to the professional ethic and meet the demands of our time.
