大学生二次成长初期负作用因子及其消整

The Negative Effect Factor and its Resolution in College Students’second Growth

大学生二次成长期是指在校期间完成学业、毕业就业到成为成熟公民的阶段。该阶段的初期是毕业、就业并实现人生的初步定位阶段,在此阶段有大量因子反向影响着大学生完成第二次成长,所有这类因子统称为负作用因子。本文重点阐述这些负作用因子产生的原因及对大学生就业、创业的影响,目的在于对大学生就业创业过程中出现的这些反作用因子的消整提出建议。消整负作用因子,是对负作用因子影响的调整或消除。我们应该多方面努力,微观上,大学生应充分认识和了解社会,并主动去适应社会,不断提高自身综合素质。宏观上,主要依靠高校改革、加强就业指导和社会支持来更好地消解大学生二次成长初期负作用因子。

This paper analyzed some negative effect factors and its social background and reasons during college students＇ the Second growth , then focusing on how these negative effects College Students＇ employment, aim to digest these negative effect factors. we should take more measures to complete this task successfully. Microscopically, college students should be fully aware of and understand the social, adapt to society initiatively, constantly improve their own comprehensive qualities. Macroscopically, we should rely mainly on college reform, strengthen employment guidance, and ask for more social supports.
