在工程机械维修中,需要清洗设备及其零部件表面附着的油脂、锈蚀、泥垢、水垢、积炭和油漆等污物,使工件表面达到所要求的清洁度。不同的清洗方法和清洗设备对维修质量、维修成本等都会产生重大影响,而清洗不达标会使工程机械产生故障隐患。目前,很多维修企业管理者和维修人员对清洗的重要性认识不足,常采用简单的清洗方法,对清洗新工艺、清洗液的使用以及清洗设备的使用也知之甚少。为此,我们组织几位业内人士对此进行探讨,以期提高管理者与维修人员认知能力和清洗水平。
