Expression of p27 and Its Significance in Breast Cancer

目的 探讨p2 7蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测 8例正常乳腺组织、2 4例良性乳腺疾病组织、66例乳腺癌组织 p2 7蛋白的表达 ,探讨与临床病理学特征的关系。 结果 正常乳腺组织和良性乳腺疾病组织中 p2 7蛋白的表达率为 10 0 .0 % ( 3 2 /3 2 ) ,癌组织为 5 3 .0 % ( 3 5 /66) ;p2 7蛋白表达与肿瘤临床分期、淋巴结转移、局部复发、远处转移显著相关。结论 p2 7蛋白的表达与乳腺癌的临床病理学特征密切相关 ,可能是判断乳腺癌预后的 1项重要指标。

Objective To study the expression of p27 and its siginficance in breast cancer.Methods The expression of p27 was detected by immunohistochemical method in 8 cases of normal breast tissue,24 cases of benign breast tissue and 66 cases of breast cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Results p27 high expressive rate in normal and benign breast tissue was 100.0%(8/8,24/24),in breast cancer it was 53.0%(35/66).Furthermore p27 low expression was significantly associated with late TNM stage and a high incidence of lymph node metastasis,recurrence and distant metastasis.Conclusion The expression of p27 in breast cancer was significantly associated with clinicopathological characteristics and it may be an important factor to predict the prognosis of breast cancer.
