This paper gives an introduction of the design and implementation of school communal bicycle management system and provides an effective method of the management of college communal bicycle.This system is developed based on C# and ASP,using a SQL Server database,and it realize the basic operation of information of bicycles,students and administrators in aspects of add,delete and modify.
