摘要
目的 探讨胰腺癌根治性手术中肿瘤侵犯门静脉的处理方法 ,以提高胰腺癌的手术切除率。方法 回顾分析 1995年 5月至 1998年 12月合并门静脉切除的胰腺癌根治术 9例临床资料 ,6例用人工血管修复门静脉 ,2例行门静脉对端吻合 ,1例行门静脉修补。结果 围手术期死亡 1例 ,死亡率为 11.1% ( 1/9) ,并发症 3例 ,发生率为 3 3 .3 % ( 3 /9) ,术后平均生存时间为 13 .2个月。结论 对于侵犯门静脉而无远处转移的胰腺癌 ,行根治术合并门静脉切除与修复可提高手术切除率、延长病人的生存时间。
Objective To explore the treatment for pancreatic cancer with portal vein invaded.Methods The data of 9 patients with pancreatic cancer were analyzed.Among them,portal veins were treated with artificial blood tube in 6 cases,with portal vein coincided in 2,and with portal vein repairing in one.Results One patient was died during the operation(1/9,11.1%),3 had(3/9,33.3%) complications. The mean survival time was 13.2 months postoperatively.Conclusion The operation may increase the surgical resection rate of pancreatic cancer and lengthen the patients′ survival time.
