Analyzed repurchase price composition of the urban infi＇astructure BT projects based on the theory of project management and engineering economics, and in which management costs and taxes to take into account methods were compared. The article expressed the repurchase price simply to the function of the repurchase base and return,according to the changes in two variables,summarized the three methods and the application of occasions to determine the repurchase price of the urban infrastructure BT project.
