摘要
目的探讨ApoB基因突变与老年2型糖尿病及其心血管并发症的关系。方法采用PCR的限制性内切酶MSPI酶切的方法对55例老年2型糖尿病伴心绞痛、心肌梗死患者进行ApoB100基因突变检测。结果33例2型糖尿病伴心绞痛患者中基因水平有 改变者为5例,22例2型糖尿病伴心肌梗死患者基因水平改变者为4例。结论老年2型糖尿病伴心绞痛、心肌梗死患者中,部分患者病 因与其基因水平碱基突变有关。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between ApoB gene mutation and type 2 diabetes as well as its cardiovascular complications in elderly patients. Methods The polymerase chain reation (PCR) and clearvage with MSPI were utilized to detect apolipoprote in B100(ApoB100) gene mutation in 33 cases of type 2 diabetes with angina pectoris and 22 cases of type 2 diabetes with myocardial infarction. Results ApoB gene mutation had been observed in 5 out of 33 patients of type 2 diabetes with angina pectoris and 4 out of 22 patients of type 2 diabetes with myocardial infarction. Conclusions The cause of type 2 diabetes with angina pectoris and myocardial infarction in elderly patients is partly associated with ApoB gene mutation.
