马来酸曲美布汀致双上肢皮肤红肿丘疹一例
摘要
患者男,45岁。主因脐周疼痛,大便每天3～4次,大便不成形半年于门诊就诊,门诊行肠镜检查,示结肠充血红斑,余无异常,诊断为结肠炎。门诊给予左氧氟沙星0.2g,每日2次,奥硝唑1.0g每日2次,马来酸曲美布汀（商品名：舒丽启能）0.2g每日3次。
