摘要
目的 :观察蝎毒注射液对各种神经痛的疗效与安全性。方法 :采取随机、双盲对照法 ,分为蝎毒组 30例 (男性 17例 ,女性 13例 ,年龄 4 8a±s 13a)。一次性给蝎毒注射液 2 0 μg ,im。丁丙诺啡组30例 (男性 14例 ,女性 16例 ,年龄 39a± 13a)。一次性给丁丙诺啡 0 .15mg ,im。结果 :蝎毒组与丁丙诺啡组中度疼痛缓解率分别为 53%和 4 7% (P >0 .0 5)。蝎毒组不良反应为注射部位疼痛。结论 :蝎毒注射液对神经痛的镇痛作用和丁丙诺啡相当 ,不良反应少 ,是一种安全。
AIM: To observe the efficacy and safety of scorpion venom injection in treating neuralgia. METHODS: The trial was designed in randomized ,double-blind and parallel-group comparison method. Scorpion venom group of 30 patients (M17, F13, age 48 a± s 13 a) was treated with scorpion venom injection 20 μg, im. Buprenorphine group of 30 patients (M14, F16, age 39 a±14 a) was treated with buprenorphine injection 0.15 mg, im. RESULTS: The middle pain relief efficacy of scorpion venom group was 53 % and that of buprenorphine group was 47 %( P >0.05). The only adverse reaction of scorpion venom group was local pain of injection. CONCLUSION: Scorpion venom injection is a new reliable and safely antineuralgic drug with the same efficacy as that of buprenorphine injection.
