摘要
硬膜外镇痛是术后有效的镇痛方法，尤其近年硬膜外镇痛泵在临床上广泛应用，为患者术后止痛带来福音，但其并发症却不容忽视。硬膜外导管细菌阳性是硬膜外感染的源头…。硬膜外镇痛的患者处于导管相关性感染高危险之中，因此有效的硬膜外置管护理对预防管外感染至关重要。
