32例治疗性ERCP的临床研究

32 Cases of Therapeutic ERCP Clinical Research

目的探讨经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术(Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatogra-phy,ERCP)在胆胰疾病中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析32例ERCP患者资料。全部患者接受了治疗性ERCP,其中胆总管结石25例,十二指肠乳头慢性炎性狭窄2例,胰头癌3例,壶腹部癌1例,肝门部胆管癌1例。结果全部治疗性ERCP均操作成功。患者临床情况改善,没有严重并发症。结论治疗性ERCP对多种胆胰疾病疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the value of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography（ERCP） for diagnosis and treatment of cholangio-pancreatic diseases.Methods The data of 32 patients with ERCP were retrospectively analyzed.All patients received therapeutic ERCP,including 25 cases of common bile duct stones,2 cases of duodenal papilla chronic inflammatory stenosis,3 cases of carcinoma of head of pancreas,1 case of ampullary carcinoma and 1 case with hilar bile duct carcinoma.Results All therapeutic ERCP were successfully operated.Patients＇clinical conditions were improved,with no severe complications.Conclusions Therapeutic ERCP has exact curative effect on many cholangio-pancreatic diseases,which is worthy of popularization and application.
