“心理宣泄室”对青少年“攻击性行为”的矫治 被引量:2

摘要 自2004年起成都出现了第一家中学生发泄室后,各中小学相继效仿,殊不知这种替代性的攻击行为不但不能从根本上缓解和消除不良情绪和压力,反而正一步步诱人走向暴力与对抗。采用单一的替代性攻击行为宣泄不良情绪极易导致攻击性行为的出现,探究青少年攻击性行为,其产生与挫折、模仿学习、过度活动、遗传等息息相关,基于以上因素,可以通过"营造积极健康的家庭、社会环境;采取多种方法和途径科学释放不良情绪;选择适当运动,合理发泄体能;加强公民道德建设、加固心理健康阵地"等方式引导青少年学生树立正确价值观,形成健康的情感、坚强的意志、健全的人格、助其走向成功。 Since the first catharsis chamber appeared in a middle school in Chengdu in 2004,the other primary and middle schools have begun to follow.They never dreamt that the displaced aggression could not fundamentally alleviate and eliminate bad mood and pressure,but it is tempting people towards violence and confrontation step by step.It easily leads to the arising of aggressive acts if single aggressive behavior is adopted to take out bad mood.Exploring the generation of the aggressive behavior of teenagers is closely related to reverse,imitation learning,excessive exercises,inheritance and so on.Based on the above factors,we can lead teenagers to establish correct values,form healthy feelings,strong wills and personalities,and help them to succeed through "fostering active and healthy family and social milieu;adopting various scientific methods and ways to release bad mood;selecting appropriate activities to take out physical energy;strengthening the construction of citizen morals and mental health positions."
