广州市白云区2007～2011年育龄妇女妇科病普查结果分析

The Analysis on Census of Gynecological Diseases for Childbearing Women from Baiyun District of Guangzhou

目的了解广州市白云区农村育龄妇女妇科病患病现状,为当地妇女保健工作提供科学依据。方法对2007～2011年本地区育龄妇女妇科病普查资料进行汇总,并进行统计学分析。结果本次普查中妇科病检出率为26.25%,妇科病以宫颈炎为主,占16.79%;阴道炎患病率为4.28%,卵巢囊肿患病率为1.60%,宫颈肥大患病率为1.49%。结论妇科病普查是妇女保健的关键,定期开展妇女普查工作,做到早发现、早诊断和早治疗。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of gynecological diseases of rural women at reproductive age from Baiyun district of Guangzhou and provide a scientific basis for the local women＇s health work.Methods The census data on gynecological diseases of childbearing-aged women during 2007 ~ 2011 were statistically analyzed.Results The prevalence of gynecological disease was 26.25% among the childbearing-aged women.The cervicitis was the key gynecological disease,with a prevalence of 16.79%.The prevalence of vaginitis,ovarian cysts and cervical hypertrophy was 4.28%,1.60% and 1.49% respectively.Conclusions The census of gynecological diseases for childbearing women is critical for women＇s health care.Regular census on gynecological diseases could ensure early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment of them.
