医院收容人次影响因素的灰色关联分析

Grey relation analysis of influencing factors of hospitalization number

目的 探索恰当的评价方法,提示影响收容人次变化的主要因素及相互次序,对其发展态势进行量化比较分析,为医院管理提供评价依据.方法 采用灰色系统理论的面积关联法对影响医院收容人次的院内因素进行关联度分析.结果 排序结果 r1＞r6＞r4＞r3＞r8＞r2＞r7＞r10＞r5＞r9,其中门急诊人次、平均住院日的高关联度是保持医院收治人数稳步上升、医院医疗质量指标和效率指标不断提高的主要因素;其次床位使用率〉实际床位数〉病死率〉出院占床总天数〉治愈好转率〉病床周转次数的较高关联度是次要因素;而抢救成功率、入出院诊断符合率的低关联是医院医疗质量管理的薄弱点.结论 通过对这种不明确的灰色的问题量化后进行定性分析,找出影响目标值的主要因素及相关因素之间的关联程度,客观深入地反映收容人次潜在的信息,结果 客观可信,此方法 在医院管理、绩效评价中有实用性.

Objective To explore the appropriate evaluation method, to tip main factors and the mutual order influencing hospitalization number change, to analyze the development trend quantitatively and comparatively, and to provide evaluation basis for hospital management. Methods Using the grey system theory, the correlation degree of hospital factors influencing hospitalization number were analyzed. Results The results were sorted as r1 〉r6 〉r4 〉r3 〉rs 〉r2 〉r7 〉rio 〉r5 〉rg, in which the high correlation degree of hospitalization days and the number of emergency patients was the main factor of keeping the number of hos- pital treatment patients steadily rising and of keeping quality and efficiency indicators continuously improving. The low correlation degree of utilization rate of beds〉the actual number of beds〉mortality rate〉discharged from the total number of beds〉curative rate 〉sickbed turnover number was the secondary factors. And the low correlation degree of the rescue success rate and the rate of ad- mitting diagnosis according with their discharge diagnosis was the weak spots in hospital management. Conclusion After quantitative and qualitative analysis of grey problems, we can find the correlation degree of the main and related factors influencing the target value. As the correlation degree reflects the potential information of hospitalization number objectively, and the results are objective and credible, this method is practical in the hospital management and the performance evaluation.
