摘要
针对常规刷式密封存在的转子易磨损、刷丝之间的间隙随半径的增大而增大,进而造成空隙率不均、后挡板与转子之间的间隙大小受到转子径向跳动的限制等问题,研发了一种用于气体密封的新型端面刷式密封结构,将常规型刷式密封的摩擦面由转子表面转移到与转轴垂直的端面上。端面刷式密封具有摩擦无法对转子造成破坏、刷丝排列更紧密,刷丝区孔隙率均匀、适用于更大的转子偏移、结构上有更多的选择性等特点,使密封效果更好。
There are many problems occurred in the traditional brush seal.For example,the rotor is easy to abrasion.The brush interval becomes bigger with the radius increasing,and then the void ratio would be uneven.The gap between black-plate and rotor is confined by diameter run-out of rotor and so on.Aiming at solving these problems,a new seal named face brush seal for gas seal has been put forward.In this structure,the frictional face of traditional brush seal has been shifted to face perpendicular to rotating axis.The characteristics of rotor not destroyed by wear,brush arranged more tightly,the void ratio in brush distributed even,applied on the instruction with bigger rotor shift and more structural choice are emerged on new brush seal.The favorable seal effect is obtained.
