晚期肺癌化疗后下呼吸道感染31例临床分析

Clinical Analyses of Advanced lung cancer complicatead with 31 cases of Lower respiratory tract infection after Chemotherapy

目的 分析晚期肺癌化疗后下呼吸道感染的致病菌种类和药敏结果 ,正确选择抗菌素。方法 对 31例确诊为肺癌并且出现化疗后下呼吸道感染患者 ,进行致病菌和药物敏感性分析。结果 31例菌株中 ,革兰氏阴性杆菌 2 9株 (93.5 % ) ,其中肺炎克雷伯氏杆菌 14株 ,硝酸盐阴性杆菌10株。对上述两种杆菌 ,阿米卡星和亚胺培南 10 0 %敏感 ,庆大霉素、环丙沙星和头孢他啶敏感性亦较高。结论 了解肺癌患者化疗后引起下呼吸道感染的致病菌种类和药敏结果 ,可以指导临床合理用药。

Objective To analyze the pathogenic bacteria species isolated from infection cases of complicatead lower respiratory tract in advanced lung cancer patients of after chemotherapy and the results of antibacterial sensitivity test to select antibiotics correctly.Methods Pathogenic bacteria species were determined and drug sensitive tests were conducted for 31 lung cancer patients who have got infection in lower respiratory tract after chemotherapy.Results Among 31 cases,29 strains were Gram negative bacteria(93%),including 14 strains of bacillus canalis capsulatus and 10 strains of bacterium levans.These two kinds of bacteria were sensitive to amikacin and imipenem,and highly sensitive to gentamycin,ciprofloxacin and ceftazidime.Conclusion It is benifitial for guiding clinical treatment to recognize specie and antibacterial susceptibility test of pathogenic bacteria.
