摘要
目的:了解广西二级、三级医院住院营养风险发生状况,为住院患者的合理营养支持治疗提供参考依据。方法:采用定点连续抽样方法,对广西二级、三级甲等医院7个专科的住院患者进行观察。采用营养风险筛查2002标准,对其进行营养筛查。结果:总的营养不足发生率为11.1%;存在营养风险发生率为49.6%,其中二甲医院为53.8﹪,三甲医院为48.9﹪;二甲医院营养风险发生率与三甲医院相比无明显差异;7个专科中,胸外科患者营养风险发生率最高为68.9%,普通外科最低为37.7%。结论:广西部分医院住院患者存在营养风险,肠内肠外营养应用存在不合理性,应加大对医务工作者及患者的营养知识宣传工作力度,同时医务工作者对患者进行及时的营养评估和营养干预,是非常必要的。今后在二级、三级医院推广基于循证医学的肠外肠内营养指南和应用规范尤为重要。
Objective: To know about the nutritional risk occurrence conditions of inpatients in secondary and tertiary hospitals in Guangxi and provide reference to the rational application of nutritional support and treatment for inpatients.Methods: Fixed-point continuous sampling method was used to observe the inpatients of seven specialized departments in A-level secondary and tertiary hospitals in Guangxi.The 2002 standard of nutrition risk screening was applied to conducting nutrition screening.Results: The prevalence of undernutrition was 11.1%,and the nutrition risk occurrence rate is 49.6%.in which,A-level secondary hospital was 53.8%,A-level tertiary hospital was 48.8%.There was no obvious difference of the nutrition risk occurrence rates between A-level secondary hospitals and A-level tertiary hospitals.Among the seven specialized departments,the nutrition risk occurrence rate of the inpatients in the thoracic surgery department was the highest(68.9%) and that of the general surgery department was the lowest(37.7%).Conclusion: There exists a certain risks in inpatients in some hospitals in Guangxi.There is an unreasonable application of parenteral and enteral nutrition.Nutritional knowledge publicity efforts shall be strengthened among medical workers and patients.At the same time,it is quite necessary for medical workers to conduct timely nutrition assessment and nutrition intervention in patients.It is particularly important to promote evidence-based parenteral and enteral nutrition guide and application norms in the future in secondary and tertiary hospitals.
