摘要
建立了4-氯-4’-羟基二苯甲酮的高效液相色谱测定方法。以FL2200-Ⅱ为高效液相色谱仪,采用FL-C18为色谱柱,流动相为水(以磷酸调节pH=2.5)∶乙腈=30∶70,检测波长为286 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃。所得4-氯-4’-羟基二苯甲酮的线性关系为y=21 352x+7 346.8,R2=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.42%。本方法简单、准确、重现性好,可用于工业中对4-氯-4’-羟基二苯甲酮的控制。
Established a method of determining 4-chloro-4'-hydroxybenzophenone with HPLC.Act HPLC-FL2200-Ⅱ as chromatograph,FL-C18 as column,water(pH=2.5 with phosphoric acid) and acetonitrile as mobile phase,the detection wavelength is 286 nm,the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature is 30 ℃.The liner equation of 4-chloro-4'-hydroxybenzophenone is y=21 352x+7 346.8,and R2=0.999 9,the average recovery is 99.42%.This method is simple,accurate,and repeatable,which can be used for determining 4-chloro-4'-hydroxybenzophenone.
