摘要
随着测序技术的发展,叶绿体基因组微卫星标记(cpSSRs)的开发和应用越来越普遍。该研究介绍了叶绿体基因组分子标记的特点、用途、开发方法以及已开发的cpSSRs所具有的特点。随着cpSSRs开发成本的降低及研究技术的成熟,新的cpSSRs不断开发,将会有越来越多的叶绿体基因组SSR分子标记应用于群体遗传学、生物地理学和杂交育种的研究。其在野生植物进化过程研究中所具备的潜力在不久的将来将被充分认识和利用。
With the development of sequencing technology, the development and application of the chloroplast simple sequence repeats (cpSSR) have become more and more popular. This paper introduced the features, uses and development methods of the chloroplast genome molecular markers as well as the characteristics of the already developed cpSSRs. With the reduction of the development costs and the maturity of the research technique of cpSSRs, new cpSSRs are constantly developed, and more and more cpSSRs are used in population genetics, bio- geography and hybridization. The potential of cpSSRs in studying the evolution process of wild plants will be fully understood and studied.
