摘要
[目的]研究接种外源腐熟菌剂对牛粪高温堆肥的影响,为腐熟菌剂的应用提供科学依据。[方法]比较接种腐熟菌剂牛粪堆肥和自然堆肥的物理和化学成分的变化,研究腐熟菌剂对牛粪高温堆肥的影响。[结果]接种腐熟菌剂促进堆肥有机物质分解转化,使堆肥高温期提前7~10 d,高温期延长,提高堆肥腐殖酸含量。[结论]接种腐熟菌剂可以加快牛粪堆肥腐熟进程,提高堆肥产品质量。
[ Objective] To study the effect of exogenous microbial agent on high-temperature composting of cow manure, and provide theoreti-cal basis for applying the microbial inoculation agent in composting. [ Method] The physical and chemical properties of inoculated and natural compost were compared to determine the effect of microbial agent on high-temperature composting. [ Result] Inoculated microbial agent pro- moted the decomposition and transformation of organic matter, bring forward 7 - 10 d of the high temperature period of composting, prolonging the high temperature period, and improving the content of compost humic acid. [ Conclusion ] Inoculated exogenous microbial agent can accel- erate the process of high-temperature composting, and improve the quality of compost products.
