Query on the Benefits of Rural Land Transfer to Grain Safety

基于粮食安全的概念,从农地流转对粮食产量、粮食的稳定供给、粮食的合理分配3个方面的影响对农地流转是否有利于保障粮食安全这一问题进行了分析,认为农地流转并不必然有利于保障粮食安全,相反可能威胁到粮食安全。

Based on the concept of grain safety, whether rural land transfer benefits the food safety is discussed from the impact of rural land transfer on grain yield, the steady supply of grains and the rational distribution of grains. It is found out that rural land transfer is not necessari- ly beneficial to the grain safety, it may even threat the food safety.
