利用园地山坡地补充耕地存在的问题与对策研究——以广东省为例

Problems and Countermeasures of the Supplement of Farmland with Gardens and Hillside

阐述了广东省利用园地山坡地补充耕地项目实施存在的问题,研究其相应的解决对策。提出了在利用园地山坡地补充耕地过程中,应该正确理解和看待新增耕地,健全利益分配机制,强化后续经营管理,防止新增耕地重新丢荒,综合运用科学技术,逐步推进土地的综合整治等对策,为利用园地山坡地补充耕地项目的实施提供支持。

The problems of supplementing farmland with gardens and hillside were introduced, and relevant solutions were proposed. During the process of farmland supplement, the measures of correctly understanding the new farmlands, improving the interests distribution mecha- nism, strengthening the follow-up management, preventing the new farmlands from being wasted, adopting scientific technology and promoting the comprehensive land consolidation were proposed, which provided support for the supplement of farmland with gardens and hillside.
