Strategies Research on the Sustainable Development of Lower Yellow River Irrigation Area

分析了影响黄河下游灌区可持续发展的技术因素、非技术因素,从技术措施和管理措施两方面探讨引黄灌区可持续发展思路,提出实现引黄灌区灌溉可持续发展的对策:一要坚定可持续发展信念;二要建立高效有序的水资源管理模式;三要建立用水民主管理机制。

The paper analyzed the technical and non-technical factors influencing the sustainable development of lower Yellow River irrigation area, and then discussed its sustainable development concept from both the technical and management aspects, and finally proposed some sus- tainable development measures, firstly, to stick to the path of sustainable development; secondly, to build effective and ordered water re- sources management pattern; third, to establish the democratic management mechanism for water use.
