摘要
以某农产品流通企业为例,用实证分析法对农产品流通企业的雇员流失问题进行研究,指出组织因子、机会因子、人际因子和工作因子是影响农产品流通企业雇员流失的主要因素,在此基础上提出了相应的建议,即改善薪酬制度、强化企业文化、持续对员工进行培训、强化领导者能力等。
Wiih one agro-products circulation enterprise for example, the brain drain problem of agro-products circulation enterprises was studied. It was pointed out the brain drain was mainly caused by the organizational, opportunity, interpersonal and job factors. And finally rel- evant solutions were proposed, that is, to improve the salary system, strengthen the enterprise culture, provide training to the employees and improve the leadership, etc.
