摘要
针对当前城市消防通信调度信息系统不能满足现代消防调度需求的现状,研究如何通过GIS、GPS、3G技术实现现代化的消防通信调度系统,以达到加强消防工作的快速反应机制、提升处置灾害事故的实战能力、优化消防业务流程、提高消防指挥管理工作的效率的目标。
As the current urban fire emergency information system can not meet the requirements of the modern fire service,in order to strengthen the work of the fire service,enhance the combat capability of the disposal of disasters,optimize the fire service processes and improve the efficiency of the management of fire service.This paper studies how to establish a fire emergency information system on the technology of GIS,GPS and 3G（3rd-generation） Communications technology.
