检测前列腺癌病人外周血中PSAmRNA表达的临床意义 被引量:2

Detection of peripheral blood PSA mRNA in prostatic carcinoma patients

摘要 目的 探讨前列腺癌患者外周血中PSAmRNA表达的临床意义。 方法 运用敏感的巢式RT PCR方法检测 33例前列腺癌 (PCa)患者和 1 0例前列腺增生 (BPH)患者外周血中PSAmRNA的表达。 结果 BPH组外周血中PSAmRNA均不表达。PCa组有 1 4例 ( 4 2 % )PSAmRNA表达阳性。 1 2例未行内分泌治疗者中有 8例 ( 67% )阳性 ,2 1例行内分泌治疗者中有 6例 ( 2 9% )阳性 ,二者差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5)。 结论 用巢式RT Objective To assess the clinical significance of peripheral blood PSA mRNA detection in prostatic carcinoma patients. Methods Peripheral blood PSA mRNA expression was detected by means of RT PCR in 33 prostatic carcinoma patients and in 10 BPH patients. Results No PSA mRNA expre ssion has been detected in all the 10 BPH patients.Whereas,positive expression has been observed in 14 of the prostatic carcinoma patients (42%).Of the 12 carcinoma patients without any hormonal therapy,the PSA mRNA expression was positive in 8 (67%).In 21 patients with hormonal therapy,the expression was positive in 6 (29%).There was a significant difference between the 2 groups ( P <0.05). Conclusions Detection of peripheral blood PSA mRNA expression by means of RT PCR is helpful in the diagnosis of prostatic carcinoma and the follow up studies of the patients.
