本文基于微电子制造工程专业的特点和发展趋势,论述了该专业创新性教育模式的必要性和培养目标,并由此提出了该新兴专业"产学研结合"创新性教育模式的几点建议。

Based on characteristics and development tendencies of Microelectronics Manufacturing Major, necessities and train- ing target of this major innovation education model were discussed, and then some suggestions of this new major grinds gathers edu- cation model were proposed.
