摘要
介绍了热轧2050薄板线施罗曼飞剪的基本结构、主要特点和工作原理;分析了飞剪剪切的基本原理;总结了飞剪对钢板造成的质量缺陷,分析了钢板表面划伤、定尺不准、撞钢等产生的原因,通过一些改进措施有效地消除了缺陷。
T he infrastructure main characters and the work principle of the flying shear in 2050 sheet line are introduced ;The shearing principle is analysed;The mass defect caused by flying shear is summarized and the reasons of the surface scratch is anal- ysed. The ways to solve the fauhs are made and obtain achievement.
