摘要
构建了单螺杆泵虚拟样机,并完成了样机装配。进行了转子与定子的干涉检查与运动模拟,表现了立体型腔的形成机理,实现了定转子行星运动工作原理的可视化。模拟结果可以作为设计结果的检验标准。
The virtual prototype of screw pump is established, then the assembly is obtained. The interference examine and mo- tion simulation are completed for rotor and stator, 'then the mechanism of cavity formed is represented, finally the working mechanism of the rotor and stator' s planetary motion is visualized. The simulation result can be referenced as the examine standard in design.
