护理干预对提高剖宫产产妇母乳喂养积极性的效果观察

Effective observation on nursing intervention for improving parturient′s enthusiasm of breast feeding after cesarean section

目的探讨护理干预改善剖宫产产妇母乳喂养积极性的作用及效果。方法选取140例剖宫产产妇随机分为对照组和观察组各70例,对照组进行常规护理;观察组在对照组基础上强化护理干预,比较两组母乳喂养情况、不良情况发生率及产妇护理前和护理后3、5 d的母乳喂养积极性及母乳喂养正确性。结果观察组的母乳喂养情况好于对照组,不良情况发生率低于对照组,护理后3、5 d的母乳喂养积极性及母乳喂养正确性均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对于改善剖宫产产妇母乳喂养积极性效果明显,可显著改善产妇的母乳喂养知识及保证其正确哺乳。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention in improving the parturient＇s enthusiasm of breast feeding after cesarean section. Methods 140 parturients in our hospital from December 2009 to October 2011 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 70 cases in each group. The control group was taken the routine nursing ,while the observation group was performed the strengthened nursing intervention based on the control group. Then the feeding situation, incidence of unfavorable condition and mastery degree of breast feeding knowledge, en- thusiasm of breast feeding and correctness of breast feeding on 3,4 d before and after nursing were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The feeding situation of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the incidence of unfavorable condition was lower than that of the control group, the mastery degree of breast feeding knowledge, enthusiasm of breast feeding and correctness of breast feeding in the observation group on 3,4 d after nursing were all better than those in the control group, all showing statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The strengthened nursing intervention has obvious effect in improving the parturient＇ s enthusiasm of breast feeding after cesarean section and can significantly improve the breast feeding knowledge and correctness of breast feeding of parturients.
