猪繁殖与呼吸综合征弱毒疫苗宿主的感染机制

摘要 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征（PRRS）是一种由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒（PRRSV）引起的以母猪严重的繁殖障碍，断奶仔猪普遍发生肺炎、生长迟缓，以及死亡率增加等为临床特征的疾病。由于猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒具有高度的宿主依赖性，主要在肺脏、淋巴及其他组织巨噬细胞中大量复制，使宿主的免疫系统受到攻击并造成免疫抑制，
