摘要
为了探讨反季节繁殖技术对四川白鹅生长发育的影响,试验选择相同日龄的四川白鹅,随机分成2组(反季节繁殖处理组和对照组),分别测定其平均增重、剪切力、失水率和肌苷酸。结果表明:与对照组相比反季节繁殖处理组,平均增重、剪切力、失水率和肌苷酸差异不显著(P>0.05),即反季节繁殖技术不会改变四川白鹅生长发育规律及肉质。
Abstract：To find the effect of off - season reproductive technology, Sichuan white geese at the same days of age were randondy divided into two groups （ one off - season group and one control group）. The average weight gains, the shearing force , water - loss rate and the contents of ino- sinic acid were determined in the two groups, respectively. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the average weight gains ,the shearing force ,water- loss rate and the contents of inosinic acid for the off- season breeding group compared to the control group（ P 〉 0.05 ）. It is concluded that the off - season reproductive technology can＇ t change the law of growth and development and the meat quality of Sichuan white goose.
