猪布氏杆菌S2株BvrR基因的克隆与分析 被引量:1

摘要 布氏杆菌病是由布氏杆菌(Brucella)引起的人兽共患传染病,引起流产、不育和各种组织的局部病灶,严重地威胁着人和多种动物的身体健康。布氏杆菌感染人畜后,可进入机体细胞内生存发育。研究发现,BvrR/BvrS双组分调节系统(TCSBvrRS)和Ⅳ分泌系统VirB(T4SSVirB)在其细胞内生存和致病能力方面具有重要的作用。
