睾酮和酮雌主动免疫制剂提高母羊产羔率的效果比较

Comparison Between the Two Active Immunization Preparationsagainst Testosterone and Estrone for the Improvement of Lambing Rate in Ewes

应用进口的睾酮-3-羧甲肟和雌酮-3-半琥珀酸酯、采用混合酸酐法与牛血清白蛋白连接,得到睾酮和雌酮主动免疫制剂。用这两种免疫制剂在配种季节前6周和3周连续两次分别处理两群苏联美利奴母羊。结果发现,母羊用睾酮和雌酮主动免疫后产双羔的母羊百分数分别比对照组提高320.1％和103.2％,产羔率分别比对照组提高42.7％和35.4％。核算两种免疫制剂的制备成本和产品收入,表明睾酮和雌酮主动免疫方法分别提高绵羊生产经济效益达20.7％和12.8％。因此认为,睾酮主动免疫方法具有推广应用价值。

Two immunogens of testosterone-3-BSA and estrone-3-BSA were prepared by iso-butylchlorocarbonate method with imported testo testosterone-3-(0-carboxymethyl)Oxime and Estrone-3-hemisuce cinate respectively. Two herds of Merino ewes were treated twice with these immunogens at three-week intervals before sheep breeding season. The results showed that the twin lambing rates were increased by 320.1% and 103.2% respectively and the lambing ratios were increased by 42.7% and 35.4% respectively in ewes immunized against testosterone and estrone, as compared with the control. The economies of sheep production by immunizatiou against testosterone and estrone were improved by 20.7% and 12.8% respectively in comparison with the control.It is tentatively suggested that the method of active immunization against testosterone could be applied and popularized in sheep production.
